Microsoft® Outlook 2003/2007

(2 hour class)

Description: Using Outlook is more then sending and receiving e-mail. When properly utilized Outlook can help organize and share information, increase productivity and steer projects. Beginning with the basics, students will learn various tasks such as:

  • Assigning Delegates and permissions
  • Customizing contact information
  • Recalling an e-mail
  • Recovering deleted e-mail
  • Mapping Directions to a contact
  • Scheduling and assigning tasks
  • Sharing Calendars
  • Planning Meetings and using "Auto-Pick"
  • Using Voting Buttons

Note: Some of these functions require the use of a Microsoft Exchange Server or an emulator to function.
